    This is a Winrock 10 3/4" dinner plate marked  Sasha Brastoff. He headed a factory in west Los Angeles from 1953 to about 1973. The factory was Sasha Brastoff of California, Inc. Pieces signed with his signature were his work. He passed away in 1993.  The pictures are essential to the description.
